Share holder service is a tool for a more cost-effective and improved communication with shareholders and other interest groups.
The purpose of these services is to offer listed companies a coordinated electronic and physical distribution of the company's financial reports. By using the service the companies provides a more efficient distribution and at the same time an increased service-level to their shareholders. Companies with only a few thousand shareholders can use the Shareholder Services to streamline their distribution and simultaneously improve the digital options.

- Database with shareholders and other stakeholders with addresses and individual subscription options
- Up-dating through Euroclear / VPC-register, web interface and reply form by mail
- Digital distribution through email and SMS
- Operating system that allows our customers to manage and overview their subscribers and shareholders easier and more efficiently
Subscription service
Flexible subscription features that activates instantly when new information is updated on the company's website via the information distributor. Alert IR has agreements with all leading distributors in Sweden.
- Mailing of press releases, interim and annual reports, and reminders for upcoming events
- Possibility to link a reminder function to the financial calendar
- The customer´s current e-mail subscription list can be handled by Alert IR
- The Subscription function can be extended to include a feature for shareholders service
